This movie is about the intense love shared by a daughter for her mother. Danna is greatly moved and depressed at her mother's death. When she finds out that she cannot live in the same old house because of all the troubled memories, she decides to get up and leave Malibu. To find peace and closure she heads straight off for South Africa where her mother always wanted to go. She picks up her surf board and heads off to Jefferey's Bay, a place where her mother always dreamed of going once.
