This is the second movie in the series from anime productions from production I.G. The original story of the movie was triggered when a terrorist attack took place on the 22nd of November 2010. This was later dubbed as Careless Monday and this took place when ten missiles struck Japan. However this act of terrorism does not leave behind a wake of destruction and there are no apparent victims so it is forgotten pretty soon. The movie fast forwards three months and shows the story of Saki Morimi who is one her graduation party but gets in trouble in front of the white house.
